Who Am I?
I'm Gabriel Gutierrez
And I’m just another human being that went through the journey the hard and extreme way. Went from 273lbs to 170lbs in less than 1 year.
I have spent the last 4 years researching and reading countless books and studies on how to optimize the human body.
